Essex County (Rockport and Ipswich, MA) Engagement Session: Kristine & Dan

We traveled to the beautiful towns of Essex County, Massachusetts, for Kristine and Dan’s engagement session, an area that has special meaning to them because they’ve vacationed there for years.  I didn’t know what to expect, but was excited for the opportunity to shoot in new locations.  When I arrived I was thrilled – everywhere we went was absolutely gorgeous!  Our first stop was Crane Beach in Ipswich, and then we made our way along the coastline to Rockport — which was one of the most picture-perfect places I have ever seen.  The lovely water views and cute shops lining the streets gave us a variety of ideal backgrounds for this beautiful couple!  The opportunity to photograph couples at so many spectacular locations and venues is one of the best parts of this job, and these spots definitely made my all time favorites list!  I plan to be back soon for a weekend getaway.

Enough about the locations though, because it wasn’t just the scenery or beautiful day that made this shoot so great.  Kristine and Dan were wonderful.  Not only are they a ton of fun to be around, they brought a lot of enthusiasm and their own ideas to the table.  They’re a beautiful pair, and I couldn’t get over Kristine’s stunning blue eyes! I can’t wait for the wedding!
