"Love and light as Katie always says. WOW! My now husband and I could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding. We knew the second that we met her that she was the one! We were blown away when we saw our engagement photos and couldn't wait to see the photos from the big day… Needless to say, when she sent them we were speechless. We so enjoyed reviewing all the photos and reliving the wedding together through these beautiful captured moments. I keep looking through them and they bring tears of joy to my eyes. We are truly able to treasure every single moment of our wedding day because of Katie. She captured the most beautiful candid moments, stunning portraits, AND photos of all of our friends and family who are still raving about how amazing she is at what she does! I asked a friend of mine just on a whim who she used as her wedding photographer and she told me Katie. From the moment I looked at Katie's work I knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding. She is simply amazing. To start, she responds very quickly and was an absolute joy to work with. Her photography is absolutely gorgeous. She is fantastic at finding the perfect light/backdrop and we loved how spontaneous she was. I was also very drawn to how natural the photos are. I've seen some photography out there where there just seemed to be a lot of unnecessary photoshop and she has none of that. I love looking back at our engagement and wedding photos and seeing how she captures the emotions of the moment and how candid they were. Her enthusiasm and excitement are truly infectious. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of a camera and she made it so easy. We pretty much laughed and giggled the entire time. Not to mention, we had some inclement weather the day of and she just took it in stride and helped us get the outdoor photos we really wanted. We feel so fortunate that we met Katie.
