Oak Hill Rochester Intimate Wedding: Jennifer + Rich

Jen + Rich’s intimate fall wedding at Oak Hill Country Club could not have been more perfect! The foliage in Rochester was at peak, it was a relatively warm day for mid-October in Western NY, the sky was blue, and the sun cast a beautiful golden light over the picturesque grounds at Oak Hill! There was just a handful of guests in attendance, and although I know that these small weddings weren’t everyone’s first choice, there are lots of silver linings when it comes to keeping it small! For one thing, the level of intimacy seems to bring another level of emotion to the day – happy tears everywhere! Brides and grooms also get a chance to soak up quality time with each and every one of their guests, which is most definitely not the case at your average wedding. Like everyone, I am keeping all of my fingers AND toes crossed for a return to normalcy as soon as possible but I do hope that engaged couples seriously consider intimate weddings in the future!

Jen and Rich are a GORGEOUS couple (as you can see from these photos) and they, along with their families, were all so wonderful to work with. This was a really special group of people and I’m so honored I got to witness and photograph such a beautiful celebration!
