traditions at the links, syracuse wedding: jenn + dave

Jenn & Dave would tell you that their story began with “a stuffed bunny and a little bit of liquid courage.” They had a mutual friend (and unknowing matchmaker extraordinaire) who brought their groups together at the same bar one night in Syracuse during a college break. At the end of the night Dave saw a street vendor selling stuffed bunnies and roses and decided a stuffed bunny would give him a better shot at a dinner date with the beautiful girl he’d spotted across the bar shortly before. Jenn accepted the bunny, and the date invitation. They stuck together through the rest of college and went on to adventure through several moves, new cities, new jobs, and the adoption of their pup Bronco. They knew forever was in the cards for them, so when Dave handed Jenn her favorite coffee in a mug that read “The Future Mrs. Villanueva” one morning and asked her to marry him, she said YES.

Their wedding was on a beautiful day in Syracuse, all blue skies and sunshine! They said their I do’s at Traditions at the Links, and it was an absolutely perfect day full of love and lots of happy tears. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know these two pretty well over the last couple years and I’m so thankful I got to capture these memories for them! Jenn and I share a mutual best friend, so when she and Dave moved to Rochester a few years ago we all started hanging out and I’ve gotten to see first-hand how great these two are. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Mr. & Mrs. Villanueva! Lots of love to you guys!
