glenora wine cellars wedding: meghan + brian

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Meghan and Brian and their beautiful wedding day at Glenora Wine Cellars on Seneca Lake. It was a gorgeous October morning in the finger lakes when I arrived to capture the big day; there were a few clouds in the sky but with no threat of rain, there was a cool breeze but it was still perfectly warm enough for their outdoor ceremony, and the view of the vineyard, lake and surrounding foliage was breathtaking. I hadn’t even seen the bride and groom yet but I had such a good feeling about the day, and it still managed to exceed my expectations. It was the perfect way to finish off a fantastic wedding season!

Meghan and Brian found me through a mutual friend, and I am SO thankful that we were connected.  These two are the kind of couple that everyone wants in their friend group. They’re fun, kind and generous people, who really value their loved ones.  Meghan is an incredibly sweet person who made me feel so welcomed the second I arrived to the house where she and her bridesmaids got ready in the morning. She was just so relaxed and I loved her attitude, I knew that nothing could stop her from having an amazing day and that’s the type of mentality I love to see in a bride! She and Brian’s faces when they first saw each other as their ceremony began were priceless, especially Brian’s! He just looked so happy! He showed his sentimental side again later when he said some beautifully heartfelt words about his new wife at the reception, but he had no problem seamlessly going from that to hitting the dancefloor where he was absolutely the life of the party!  They seem like a great fit for each other and I am so grateful that I got to capture this day for them – thank you so much Meghan and Brian! I wish you guys nothing but the absolute best and hope that our paths cross again!

Meghan + Brian's florist was Don's Own Flower Shop, their ceremony and reception music was provided by DJ Philly C, and Meghan's wedding dress was from JBK Bridal.  A huge thank you to Diana Kapatos for second shooting this wedding with me!
